Haggs Bank Bunkhouse offers self catering group accommodation in the North Pennines, with special rates for sole occupancy. Individual bunks can also be hired for solo travellers.

SLACKHOUSE FARM, Gilsland

Slack House Farm is the home of the Birdoswald Cheese Dairy and The Scypen licensed Cafe and Farm Shop. The farm is on the edge of the Bewcastle Fells overlooking Hadrian’s Wall and is on the National cycle route 72 and only 0.5km from the Hadrian’s Wall National Trail. The Roman road from Birdoswald to Bewcastle crosses the farm. The farm has full organic status and are serving Homemade Food and Tasty Treats. We also offer affordable comfortable accommodation in our Bunk and Camping Barn for individuals, groups and families.
